Next week I will be doing the meditations from my book, 5 Minute Delight, at the Somaiya centre. The book has 46 very short meditations and I will be doing some of them with you.
The meditations are strongly visual and nature based and created for you to do them on your own but they are particularly powerful when done in the group and guided step by step.

5 minute meditations are very short meditations which can be done in a few minutes to de-stress and relax you.
In today’s world, stress is a huge problem and relaxation is often difficult. Here is a simple approach. Fill the mind with happy vivid nature imagery and you can’t help but relax. It’s quick and easy and can change the texture of your whole day.
I will be leading several of these tiny meditations to give you a taste so that you can continue at home. They can be done any place and any time and can give you a short and refreshing break from days full of tension and tough chores.
